Will the prospect see the bot?
It depends on your Zoom settings. If your meeting has a waiting room enabled, the bot enters the waiting room and only you (the host) hear the join notification chime. The prospect never sees anything. If there is no waiting room, the bot briefly joins the call for a few seconds before leaving automatically.
What calendar and meeting tools are supported?
Currently Google Calendar and Zoom. Microsoft Outlook and Google Meet support is coming soon.
How does DemoTimer know which meetings are demos?
It looks for external meetings with attendees from outside your company’s email domain that include a Zoom link. Internal team meetings are automatically skipped.
Is my calendar data safe?
We only request read-only access to your calendar. We never modify events. All tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing page and your subscription stays active until the end of the current period.
