Terms of Service

By accessing or using DemoTimer (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

DemoTimer provides automated meeting reminders by scheduling a bot to briefly join your Zoom meeting's waiting room before the meeting ends. The purpose is to trigger Zoom's notification chime as a time reminder for the meeting host.

DemoTimer does not record, transcribe, or capture any meeting content. The bot joins the waiting room (or the call briefly if no waiting room is enabled), triggers the chime, and leaves automatically within seconds.

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use DemoTimer. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information current. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

DemoTimer requires read-only access to your Google Calendar to identify upcoming meetings. By connecting your calendar, you authorize us to access your event data for the sole purpose of scheduling meeting reminders.

We never modify, create, or delete calendar events. You may revoke calendar access at any time through your DemoTimer settings or your Google account permissions.

By using DemoTimer, you acknowledge and agree that the Service will schedule a bot to join the waiting room of your Zoom meetings with external attendees. You are responsible for ensuring that this usage complies with your organization's policies and any applicable Zoom terms of service.

DemoTimer is not responsible for any disruption, confusion, or issues that may arise from the bot joining your meetings.

DemoTimer is offered at $20 per month per user. New accounts receive a free 5-day trial. A credit card is required to start your trial. You will not be charged until your trial ends.

After your trial ends, you must subscribe to continue using the Service. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard.

When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use the Service to disrupt or interfere with other users' meetings
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent

DemoTimer is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DemoTimer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the DemoTimer dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
